2a. Hostfurl as acting registrar for purchase and transfer of domains

For selected domain name tlds (Top Level Domains), Hostfurl provides acting registrar services for purchase, transfer in, and transfer out of selected domain tlds. Hostfurl uses a registrar to provide these services, entering selected customer information for whois data or using a whois privacy feature if available and selected.

2b. Name servers at registrar level

By default Hostfurl enters, and as name severs at the registrar level and recommends customers who manage their own domains on registrars do the same.

Hostfurl does not recommend customers use glue IP records for name servers or include an additional name server record, easily determined by the dig command. Nameserver records at the registrar level are only pointers to authoritative records and including glue records or the additional name server record means that Hostfurl cannot move servers around transparently without customer co-operation involving specific tasks and without Hostfurl adding specific tasks, resulting in unnecessary additional time.

3. The Customer Agrees to Pay

The Customer agrees to pay to Hostfurl The Fees in respect of the Hostfurl services provided. The fees are required to be paid by The Customer to Hostfurl within 14 days of the dispatch of the invoice. Invoices will be sent electronically by E-Mail. Hostfurl also reserves the right to require The Customer to pay an administrative charge for late payments.
